By an ultrasonic technique (B. scan), the authors have analysed dynamically, the wrist during pronation. They could show that when the elbow is bended at 90 degrees, the distal tip of the radius effects a circular movement of great radius but low grade value, while the ulna draws in the opposite direction a nearly complete small circle.
