We retrospectively assessed the long-term prognostic importance of primary CD30 antigen expression and of anaplastic large-cell morphology (ALCL) in adult patients with previously untreated diffuse large-cell lymphoma (DLCL), including cases of immunoblastic lymphoma, and identified their clinical features.
