Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is prevalent after lung transplantation. This study evaluated the ability of the 24-hour urine creatinine clearance (CrCl) and the Modification of Diet in Renal Disease (MDRD) equation at the time of listing to predict CKD after lung transplantation and to determine risk factors for CKD.
