Polyarteritis nodosa (PN) has been classified into polyarteritis (PA) and microscopic polyarteritis (MA) histologically. To clarify of the characteristics of upper gastrointestinal bleeding lesions in PN, we investigated the patients of PN with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (RPGN) presenting with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
