This set of events is inferred from annotated events in Drosophila.<BR><BR>Rb1 is normally hyperphosphorylated by CycD/CDK4/CDK6 and Cyclin E/CDK2 for transition into S-phase. PP2A can then reverse this reaction, in this case, in response to DNA damage induced checkpoint.
