NCI: A variant of peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified. It is characterized by the formation of nodular lymphocytic aggregates of atypical clear cells, either within the lymphoid follicles in a background of progressive transformation of germinal centers, or in the perifollicular areas.
