NCI: A low grade malignant blood vessel neoplasm that arises from the liver. It is characterized by the presence of epithelioid endothelial cells, hylanized and myxoid stroma formation, and angiocentricity. Patients may be asymptomatic or present with an abdominal mass, ascites, and jaundice.
