JABL: A syndrome of unknown etiology with variable expression characterized mainly by non-ossifying fibromata, extraskeletal congenital anomalies such as cafe-au-lait spots, mental retardation, hypogonadism or cryptorchidism, and ocular and cardiovascular malformations.
