NCI: Cancer has spread beyond the outer layer of the prostate on one or both sides and may have spread to the seminal vesicles (glands that help produce semen). The prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level can be any level and the Gleason score can range from 2 to 10.,NCI: Stage III includes: T3, N0, M0, Any G. T3: Tumor extends through the prostatic capsule. T3a: Extracapsular extension (unilateral or bilateral). T3b: Tumor invades seminal vesicle(s). N0: No regional lymph node metastasis. M0: No distant metastasis. (AJCC 6th ed.) - 2003
