NCI: A malignant adipocytic neoplasm showing transition, either in the primary or in a recurrence, from atypical lipomatous tumor/well differentiated liposarcoma to non-lipogenic sarcoma of variable histological grade, usually at least several millimeters in diameter.,NCI: A liposarcoma of any histologic subtype mixed with a non-lipomatous, high grade sarcomatous component. The non-lipomatous component may be present in the primary lesion or at the site of metastasis.
