MSH: A condition caused by the overproduction of ALDOSTERONE. It is characterized by sodium retention and potassium excretion with resultant HYPERTENSION and HYPOKALEMIA.,CSP: abnormality of electrolyte function caused by excessive secretion of aldosterone by the adrenal cortex.
