MSH: Spontaneous autoamputation of the fourth or fifth toe.,NCI: Spontaneous autoamputation of a digit, usually the fifth toe. It results from the formation of a fibrotic band which constricts the full radius of the digit and eventually causes the spontaneous autoamputation.
