UMD: Power meters designed to measure the power output of devices that radiate electromagnetic energy in the range of the frequencies used for radio transmission (i.e., radio-frequencies), typically from 3 to 30 MHz. Radio-frequency power meters usually measure in watts; the measurements are typically performed on a reference resistor of known value.
