CSP: terminal portion of the great cardiac vein, which lies in the coronary sulcus between the left atrium and ventricle, and empties in the right atrium between the orifice of the inferior vena cava and the atrioventricular orifice.,MSH: A short vein that collects about two thirds of the venous blood from the MYOCARDIUM and drains into the RIGHT ATRIUM.
