UMD: Prepackaged collections (either custom or standard) of the necessary equipment and supplies used to drain fluids or purulent material from a craniotomy wound. Items in these kits typically include wound catheters designed to drain liquids and/or semisolids from a wound, drain catheters to drain a deep affected area, specimen-collection swabs and tubes, disinfectant swabs, tape, and dressings.
