CSP: any person whose home, birthpace, or ethnic orgins are in Africa, excluding AFRICAN AMERICAN and AFRICAN CARIBBEAN.,NCI: Denotes a person with African ancestral origins who self identifies, or is identified, as African. The concept does not refer to those of other ancestry, for example, European and South Asian.
