MSH: The type species of CARDIOVIRUS causing encephalomyelitis and myocarditis in rodents, pigs, and monkeys. Infection in man has been reported with CNS involvement but without myocarditis.,CSP: enterovirus found in Africa and South America which causes mild aseptic meningitis and encephalomyocarditis; strains include Colombia SK, Mengo, ME, and MM viruses; a natural, nonpathogenic infection of rodents.
