pubmed-article:8079650pubmed:abstractTextA sensitive and rapid high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of diclofenac in human serum. The average recovery of diclofenac was 98.2% to 102.5%. The relative standard deviation was 1.29% to 4.52%. The calibration curve was linear in the range from 0.2 microgram/ml to 10.0 micrograms/ml with r = 0.9999. The detection limit of the method was 10 ng/ml. The serum drug concentration-time curve exhibited a 1-compartment open model and the mean T1/2 was 2.15 h.lld:pubmed
