The purpose of this study is to evaluate the survival of patients treated at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center with an anterior craniofacial resection in conjunction with radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy for malignancies of the superior sinonasal cavity. In addition, the impact of aggressive salvage therapy for patients with recurrent disease is considered.
