Associated lesions of distal segments of arteries were established in 78,2% out of 206 patients on the basis of clinico-rentgenological examinations and intraoperative findings. The correction in the aorto-iliac segment associated with extended plasty of the femoral arteries and sympathectomy improved the blood circulation in 94,3% of observations and the multistory shunting proved to be unnecessary.
