Evidence is presented that neuroblastoma tumor cells in host bone marrow is susceptible to autologous lymphokine-activated killer cells (LAK). Thus, immunologic purging of bone marrow with LAK may be considered as a tool in the arsenal of bone marrow purging-for autologous bone marrow transplantation.
