The paper describes a processing system of excreta, which is technically and functionally suitable. It is easy and quick to build, requiring easy to find materials. Its cost, which is the essential advantage, gives way to implement any expanded program. This processing system is only a mid-term (5 to 10 years) solution in view of improved dwellings and to promote fecal hygiene. Such a solution can achieve its goal only if it is part of a sanitary education program. The processing system is made of latrines with an hydraulic trap and of a classical septic tank with three compartments made of second-hand drums around which a jacket of concrete is sunk, so that tightness of the whole is achieved meaning no possible pollution of the surroundings.
