A new technique was developed for reconstruction of severely decayed posterior teeth, using photo-cured composite resins with human enamel insert(s) in centric holding contract points, by means of adhesive dentistry. It seems nowadays possible different and better restorative procedures than ever before, limited only by the professional ingenuity.
