Experiments were performed on 43 dogs with injured (infarction) and intact myocardium typical of the cardiac output changes with initial transitory increasing, following decreasing and tendency for restitution in 24 h after resuscitation were established. Similar transferences of fluid in body volumes with initial entrance of fluid in cells, which bring the development of hypovolemia and following return in extracellular volume were shown. More pronounced depression of contractile function of the heart in combination with retarded of restitution plasma volume and delay of fluid in interstitium of dogs with myocardial infarction accompany change for the worse of restitution and survival.
