The purpose of the report is to present a patient in whom two adult teratomas presenting all the morphological benign features developed. The first teratoma is situated in the testis, the second is in the homolateral inguinal region. This association is very exceptional. Only a same case was found in literature. Several hypothesis about the mechanism of such lesions are discussed.
