Waldenström's disease (WD) is frequently associated with a predominantly sensory neuropathy with a progressive course due to the monoclonal IgM activity against Myelin Associated Glycoprotein (MAG). However, neurolymphomatosis or chronic demyelinating inflammatory polyneuropathy (CDIP) may occur in some patients with WD.
