this study evaluated the clinical value of craniotomy and intravascular embotherapy in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods: The clinical data of 126 cases of intracranial aneurysms from July 2008 to July 2009 was analyzed retrospectively, 86 cases of all were clipped and other 40 cases were coiled.
