To produce a successful pregnancy in a 38-year-old infertile patient with relapsed myoma using a technique we refer to as 'surgery-assisted reproductive technology (ART) hybrid therapy' because it combines ART for cryopreservation of in vitro fertilized eggs with reproductive surgery.
