Severe endometriosis is a leading cause of infertility and pelvic pain and represents one of the most challenging cases in gynecology. Ureteral endometriosis is a rare entity that can lead to ureteral obstruction with subsequent hydroureter, dilatation of the renal pelvis till kidney failure. Laparoscopic management of these lesions is considered the treatment of choice.
