Regulatory T cells (Treg) may inhibit monocyte-derived melanoma antigen-pulsed dendritic cells (DC) vaccination in treatment of melanoma. However, the Treg level in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) following DC vaccination has not been examined in melanoma patients in Japan.
