Cardiac sarcoidosis may cause various cardiac symptoms including congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, conduction disturbances and sudden death, depending upon the extent and sites of cardiac involvement. We describe a patient presenting with ventricular tachycardia and congestive heart failure. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed multiple delayed-enhanced areas in the left and right ventricles and papillary muscles.
