pubmed:abstractText	We describe a case of laryngeal stenosis secondary to an etiology not previously described. A patient with Erdheim-Chester disease presented with airway obstruction and was found to have subglottic stenosis. Biopsy results confirmed Erdheim-Chester nodules as the cause of the obstruction. This case illustrates the need for biopsy to rule out malignancy and less common etiologies of subglottic stenosis.
