Hepatitis C virus (HCV)-derived lipopeptides can induce epitope-specific immune responses in lymphocytes from HCV-naive individuals. We analyzed whether such T cells generated by in vitro immunization with HCV core-derived lipopeptides exert HCV-specific cytolytic activity.
