pubmed-article:15167477pubmed:abstractTextThis case report demonstrates the simultaneous development of furcation bone loss in three-rooted tooth #30 with vital pulp tissue in identical twins. In the first report, resolution of furcal bone loss was seen after nonsurgical root canal treatment. In the second report, furcal bone loss resolved after non-surgical root canal treatment, and periodontal therapy reduced probing depths to maintainable levels.lld:pubmed
