Failure to ejaculate may be overcome by use of electroejaculation. However, such semen samples are often unsuitable for therapies like intrauterine insemination. The combination of electroejaculation with in vitro fertilization, including gamete micromanipulation, should improve chances of fertilization and pregnancy in such cases.
