A large number of graft materials, either biologic or alloplastic, has been described in the reconstruction of saddle nose deformity to provide a structural support to the nasal dorsum and tip. Although autogenous materials are thought to be more advantageous, there is still no consensus regarding the most suitable surgical graft material for saddle nose. Each graft material presents some advantages and disadvantages. This article reviews current knowledge about graft materials used in the treatment of saddle nose deformity.
