In 1969, Cherry et al. described four children with acute onset angioma-like papules with spontaneous regression during an acute viral infection. Similar cases, called eruptive pseudoangiomatosis, have been reported since and considered to be a viral exanthema. We observed a similar eruption in a 48-year-old male kidney transplant recipient.
