Resection of hepatic arteries is often obligatory on resecting pancreatic, gastric and hepatobiliary malignancies. Hepatic artery reconstruction is required to preserve liver function and blood flow to the bile duct. We applied the gonadal vein to hepatic artery reconstruction.
