Sodium salicylate (NaSal) inhibits NF-kappaB activation by limiting phosphorylation and degradation of its bound inhibitor protein, IkappaB-alpha. We examined whether NaSal enhances TNF-alpha-induced apoptosis in cultured human pancreatic cancer cell lines.lld:pubmed
