The principles of treatment of de novo bladder tumours in renal transplant patients are comparable to those applied in non-transplant patients. In the case of an invasive tumour, techniques can be used to restore urinary tract continuity after cystectomy. A case of cystectomy with enterocystoplasty for invasive bladder tumour in a renal transplant patient is reported.
