A 27-year-old woman, gravida 2, para 2, who presented with a 5-year history of dysfunctional uterine bleeding following a terminated pregnancy is described. Hysterosalpingography suggested a loss of muscle tone and a mass. Pathologic examination revealed a prominent vascular system consistent with diffuse lymphangiectasia.
