Improved radiosensitization may lead to improved results of treatment for pancreatic cancer. This Phase I trial was designed to determine the maximum tolerable dose of intravenous bromodeoxyuridine (BrdUrd) when given in an alternating weekly fashion with radiation therapy for patients with pancreatic cancer.
