Seventy-year-old man, admitted with ileus, was pointed out RA tumor at routin abdominal ECHO. UCG, CT and MRI revealed RA tumor with a stalk attached to inter atrial septum. We resected the tumor and pathological study showed organized thrombus containing bacteria. We suspected that bacteremia due to the IVH catheter was the cause of the thrombus.
