The ELISPOT assay was applied for the quantification of total and specific antibody secreting cells (ASC) in spleen after in vitro immunization and in head kidney and blood after in vivo immunization of rainbow trout with Yersivax vaccine. The highest number of total and specific anti-Yersinia ruckeri ASC was obtained on Day 21 after in vivo immunization and on Day 10 after in vitro immunization of spleen.
