An outbreak is described of enteroviral infection caused by Coxsackie B5 virus, among the children at the health camp for children. Specific features of the clinical picture in the sick include an acute beginning, of the illness respiratory catarrh, exanthema in two patients, general intoxication, lymphadenopathy and renal lesion presenting as acute glomerulonephritis with hematuric syndrome.
