This article presents the case of a two-day-old girl with benign multiple epulides on both the maxillary and the mandibular alveolar ridges. The condition is rare; furthermore, it usually appears as solitary lesions. The authors describe the histopathology of epulides, detail the surgical procedures used for the condition and review the pertinent literature.
