Arthroscopy of the wrist has become a valuable adjunct in the evaluation and treatment of injuries to the wrist. Arthroscopic visualization aids in the diagnosis and management of carpal instability, triangular fibrocartilage complex tears, and certain fractures. Arthroscopically assisted stabilization and reconstruction allow rapid rehabilitation and functional recovery.
