Medical rehabilitation was fulfilled in 75 patients with intra-articular fractures of the distal metaepiphysis of the shoulder bone. The authors came to the conclusion that the main methods of treatment of fresh intra-articular fractures of the distal metaepiphysis of the shoulder bone consisted in conservative measures (a single reposition, skeletal extension and compression-distractional osteosynthesis). In cases of the open reposition followed by osteosynthesis a sparing technique of surgical intervention should be used.
