A case is presented of a 31-year-old male who showed neurological and psychic symptoms following ingestion of phenylcyclohexylpyrrolidine (PHP), which was verified by identification of PHP in the urine. Treatment with physostigmine (IM) produced a rapid and sustained reversal of these symptoms.
