The probability of survive of 106 patients suffering from endometrial cancer after combined treatment by operation and irradiation was calculated and compared with the percentage of healed patients after 5 years. It could be demonstrated that by set up of graphs of survive the different tendencies of different kinds of treatment were visible very soon, while the usual calculation of the percentage of healed patients after 5 years did not indicate any significant difference. To find out the optimal kind of treatment of endometrial cancer the evaluation of a maximum of parameters of the patient as well as of the therapy is demanded.
